Meet the Owner: Ed Everett

Olde Oak Construction is built on the belief that exceptional craftsmanship comes from deep experience, personal accountability, and genuine relationships. Founder and owner Ed Everett brings all three to every project he undertakes.

Ed works independently, yet delivers the efficiency, capability, and problem-solving power of a full crew. With decades of hands-on experience across every phase of construction, he is able to see the entire project—from structure to finish—as a cohesive whole. This allows him to work efficiently, anticipate challenges before they arise, and execute projects with a level of precision that is increasingly rare.

Ed’s background in the Seattle area shaped much of his approach to building. Working in a region with some of the most demanding seismic and structural standards in the country gave him a deep understanding of how buildings truly perform—not just how they look when finished. That structural knowledge underpins all of his work, whether he is completing a full-scale, high-end home remodel or designing and building something entirely custom.

Over the years, Ed’s projects have ranged from extensive whole-home renovations to highly specialized builds that require creativity, engineering insight, and craftsmanship—such as custom outdoor structures and one-of-a-kind design elements, including a hand-built bridge with a frame he personally bent and fabricated. No two projects are the same, and that’s exactly how Ed prefers it.

Since founding Olde Oak Construction in 2016, Ed has focused on building long-term relationships with his clients through clear communication, trust, and an unwavering commitment to quality. He strives for results that are as close to perfection as possible, because he treats every project as if it were his own home.

At Olde Oak Construction, you’re not handed off to a crew or a project manager—you work directly with the person doing the work. That personal investment is what sets Ed, and Olde Oak Construction, apart.
